Other duties that may be performed includes but is not limited to: identifying and resolving production issues following escalation and notification procedures following change and problem management procedures participating in project teams keeping abreast of technology development providing after-hours support researching and evaluating new technologies to be used in new or next-generation solutions providing status reports, and managing detailed project plans.
